Our work spans technology and IP, industrial processes, digital platforms, specialty materials, consumer products, media and content, and other high-potential opportunities.

2 The China Strategy
For many Asian and international companies, China represents both a vast market and a strategically critical platform for initiating regional scaling and as prelude to further expansion.

At this layer, StrataZ's established relationships and market experience enable clients to access opportunities, establish local partnerships, navigate market complexities, and build a credible China presence as an initial foray leading to global expansion.

As appropriate, we then leverage that foundation toward broader expansion across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and international markets.

3 Our Network
At the final layer, StrataZ operates through a network encompassing Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea, with strategic relationships extending into other Asian and international markets.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project Overview

StrataZ Group develops and represents a select portfolio of cross-border business opportunities spanning technology, energy, life sciences, agriculture, advanced materials, financial platforms, real estate, and media.

We adopt the project cohesively to include strategic advisory, market entry and development, investment structuring, partner identification and alliance, regulatory and commercialization, cross-border and operational coordination.

The Project Review highlights select areas in which StrataZ is currently engaged.

TECHNOLOGY
Silicon Photonics (SiPhotonics)
IP, Design & Advanced Fabrication Platform

Silicon Photonics represents a potentially transformative development in computing and data infrastructure, particularly for Artificial Intelligence, large-scale data centers, high-speed computing, and next-generation communications.

The technology replaces conventional electrical transmission with optical transmission using photons, addressing fundamental limitations associated with electrical resistance, heat generation, data-transfer speed, and power consumption.

The project is being positioned an integrated Silicon Photonics IP, design, and fabrication platform. To establish a strategically located production and technology base serving the rapidly expanding global AI and data-center ecosystem. StrataZ is engaged in strategic development, market positioning, partnership formation, and investment coordination, including with the MIDA, Malaysian Investment Development Authority.
FINANCIAL PLATFORM
Allizance™ Asset
Cross-Border Wealth Structuring & Alternative Investment Platform

Allizance™ Asset is a specialized financial platform focused on alternative investments, cross-border wealth structuring, institutional access, and family-office opportunities. Its primary focus is life settlements—an alternative asset class involving the acquisition of life insurance policies at values below their eventual contractual benefits, subject to applicable structures, risks, and regulations.

The broader objective is to create a platform capable of connecting specialized investment opportunities with qualified family offices, institutional participants, and cross-border capital.

The platform is intended to operate beyond a single financial product, providing a broader framework for alternative-asset allocation and cross-border wealth structuring.

ENERGY
Coal “Asset-Chain” Initiative
Indonesia–China Energy & Structured Trade Platform

StrataZ is developing an ‘Asset-Chain’, as opposed to the traditional ‘supply chain’ model for the Indonesian coal trade, designed to connect fragmented supply with large-scale Chinese demand.

This model seeks to aggregate multiple producers within a coordinated commercial framework while establishing and sustaining direct relationships with major Chinese buyers.

StrataZ’s role focuses on commercial organization, cross-border alliance, strategic development, and coordination among relevant participants: Indonesian producers, Chinese buyers, such as energy companies, logistics operators, and structured-finance institutions.
CONSUMER PETS’ WELLNESS
WellsLuv™
Premium Herbal Wellness for Pets: Cats & Dogs

WellsLuv™ is a Taiwan-based pet wellness product line focused on preventive healthcare products for dogs and cats. In response to rapidly developing consumer trends: the humanization of pets, preventive healthcare, natural wellness, and increasingly sophisticated approaches to pet health management.

Current product line addresses the most common issues: Allergy reaction; bone and joint health; liver fortification; and eye care. Product development has involved cooperation with Taiwan agricultural institutions and hospital laboratory.

StrataZ engages the brand's global development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and potential commercialization across Asia and U.S. markets.

ADVANCED MATERIALS
Anti-Freezing Peptide (AFP)
Next-Generation Cold-Chain Preservation Technology

StrataZ is advancing a patented Anti-Freezing Peptide (AFP) technology designed to improve the preservation of food and biological materials during freezing and long-term cold-chain storage.

Conventional freezing can cause cellular damage through the formation and growth of ice crystals. AFP technology is designed to interact with ice crystals and inhibit their growth, preserving texture, moisture, freshness, and product integrity. This has potential applications across a broad range of food categories including seafood, meat, dairy, prepared foods and baked products. An important application is its biological-storage applications such as blood plasma and organs.

Beyond product-quality preservation, the technology may create significant supply-chain advantages by extending shelf life, reducing waste, providing transportation flexibility, and significant lowering of cold-chain energy requirements.
AGRICULTURE
MycoGro™
Organic Fertilizer & Sustainable Agriculture Platform

MycoGro™ is a next-generation ecological agriculture platform combining mycorrhizal fungi technology with existing organic fertilizer systems.

Mycorrhizal fungi form symbiotic relationships with plant roots and can improve nutrient absorption, soil condition, and plant resilience. The technology is therefore positioned at the intersection of sustainable agriculture, food safety, soil restoration, water conservation, and climate adaptation.

The project is being developed not simply as a fertilizer product, but as a broader agricultural platform capable of linking soil technology with agricultural production and commercialization. The strategy includes integration with large-scale organic agricultural operations and premium agricultural producers.

AQUACULTURE
Disease-Resistant Shrimp Larvae
Next-Generation Shrimp Production Platform

This project is centered on disease-resistant shrimp larvae (“nauplii”) technology developed
by Taiwan Agricultural Technology Research Institute (ATRI).

The technology addresses the aquaculture industry's most persistent challenges: High mortality; viral disease outbreaks; dependence on antibiotics; food-safety concerns, and environmental degradations.

Shrimp is an increasingly important source of sustainable protein in Asia, and particularly for China.
The project intends to develop the technology into a scalable commercial platform, with potential applications in Taiwan, China, and international shrimp-producing markets.

StrataZ is involved in commercialization strategy, cross-border development, partnership formation, and market expansion. Potential partners: Aquaculture operators, hatcheries, food companies, agricultural investors, technology partners, and strategic distributors.
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Shanghai Urban Village Redevelopment

The Xu Ying Road East-Side Redevelopment Project is a large-scale Shanghai urban-renewal initiative combining residential, commercial, office, R&D, infrastructure, and public facilities within an integrated master-planned development.

The project combines government-supported urban redevelopment with the creation of long-term commercial and operational assets, structure provides opportunities across multiple components of the development cycle, including planning, financing, construction, commercial development, and long-term asset operation.

The project is positioned within an established Shanghai development environment and is intended to proceed through phased implementation and rolling development.

TECHNOLOGY HUB STARTUP
Asia Silicon Innovation
Taoyuan Technology & Innovation Hub

Asia Silicon Innovation (ASI) is envisioned as a next-generation technology and innovation ecosystem in Taoyuan, one of Taiwan's strategic international gateways.

The concept integrates advanced technology industries, AI and smart-technology applications, R&D facilities, innovation centers, smart offices, exhibition and convention facilities, hospitality, and mixed-use commercial development. Rather than functioning simply as a technology park, ASI is intended to connect research, technology development, commercialization, international business, and investment within a unified ecosystem.

A further strategic dimension is the intersection of AI, gamification, and fintech/tokenization, creating new approaches to technology engagement, commercialization, and digital economic activity.
MEDIA | ENTERTAINMENT | DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT
Cross-Border Media & Content Platforms
China–Asia Content, Entertainment & Audience Development

StrataZ maintains relationships with major Chinese media organizations and international entertainment networks, creating opportunities for cross-border content development, distribution, live entertainment, digital media, and audience engagement.

Current initiatives include developing relationships with leading South Korean entertainment companies and exploring opportunities involving Korean, Japanese, U.S., and other international content for Asian markets, subject to applicable regulatory and market conditions.

Another area of development is education tourism and youth-oriented experiential programs, combining travel, cultural exposure, entertainment, creativity, and social-media participation.

The broader objective is to connect quality international content and experiences with China's and Asia's enormous consumer and digital audiences.
